[b]Vhi Cul Camps[/b]
The following is the full list of our Vhi Cul camps for this year:
July 2nd 6th Ck-on-Shannon, Manorhamilton and Aughawillan
July 9th 13th Mohill, Kinlough and Drumshanbo
July 16th 20th Aughavas, Gortletteragh and Dromahair
July 23rd 27th Fenagh, Drumkeerin and Ck-on-Shannon.
We would appeal to all parents to please return their application forms as we need to adjust our order for kits. We will not be in a position to guarantee kit sizeâs if applications are not sent in as soon as possible. Children should also keep listening to local radio and checking the local papers as Free Places competitions will commence shortly. John Mc Keon and Sinead Brennan will be our Vhi Cul camp ambassadors for 2007 and along with other members of our County teams will visit the camps to meet the children and have a chat.
[b]Under 14 Football School of Excellence[/b]
Our under 14 school of excellence for 2007 will continue on Saturday next, 23/06 with a session in Drumkeerin at 11.00 am. All players who have attended over the last two weekâs trial are asked to return.

Route 1. Ballinamore 9.15, Kiltubrid Park 9.35, Carrick 9.55( at the fire station), Leitrim 10.10, Drumshanbo 10.20, Drumkeerin 10.45.
Route 2. Carrigallen 8.45, Aughavas 9.00, Cloone 9.10, Mohill 9.20, Dromod 9.35, Annaduff 9.45, Drumkeerin 10.45.
Route 3. Kinlough 9.50, Manornamilton 10.15, Dromahair 10.30, Drumkeerin 10.45.

[b]Under 16 County Team[/b]
Our County under 16 team will commence their Ted Webb competition on Sunday evening next at 5pm in Pairc Sean. We would like to wish players and management the very best in both the Ted Webb and Father Manning competitions.
Hurling News
[b]Club Twinning[/b]
Under the new twinning project to assist clubs from the weaker Counties, Manorhamilton have been twinned with Padraig Pearses from Galway, with St.Marys twinned with Ballygar also from Galway. Both clubs are reminded that they must submit application to Connacht Council office before they travel to Galway, and are required to have their first meeting during June.
[b]Connacht Hurling Feile[/b]
On Saturday next our under 14 hurling school of excellence panel will travel to NUIG to take part in an under 14 feile. Players and clubs will be contacted during the week with details of training and travel arrangements.
[b]National Hurling Blitz weekend[/b]
The weekend of 25-26/08/07 has been designated National hurling Blitz weekend and Leitrim will host a blitz for weaker Counties at under 14 level. Full details will be published during the next few weeks.

Their will be four all hurling summer camps during August as follows:

Camps will be open to boys and girls and the cost will be 25 per person.
