Fenagh St. Caillin’s GAA Club Notes 11/04/2017
Results
Our first game in Div 1 of the senior league highlighted the huge step up that’s needed to be competitive at this level. A much superior Ballinamore Sean O’Heslins team won on a scoreline of 2.19 to 0.05. Our u17’s recorded two emphatic victories over St Mary’s and Glencar Manorhamilton while our u13’s lost out to Leitrim Gaels.
Fixtures
On Saturday evening next our seniors play Co champions Aughawillan. This game throws in at 7pm in Aughawillan. On Friday evening our u15’s are in action against the Kiltubrid/Ballinamore combination with throw in at 7pm in Pairc Sean O’Laodain.
Lotto
Fenagh St Caillins GAA Lotto draw took place on Sunday night last in The Abbey Bar. Numbers sequence was 7 8 3 2 4 6 1 5. The jackpot of €1200 wasn’t won. The €20 prizewinners on the night were Eimear Doonan, Sean Kavanagh and Brendan Beirne. The €20 Annual Ticketholders prizewinner was Aisling & Cian McGovern. The next draw takes place in 2 weeks time in Quinns Bar, Jackpot €1250. Thank you to everyone who contributed. Annual tickets are available for €50 which ensures you are included in every draw for 12 months. These tickets are available from any Officer of the Club or any member of the Clubs Executive.
Cul Camp date
The Fenagh St Caillins annual Cúl Camp will take place this year from July 24th to July 28th.
Sympathies
Fenagh St Caillins GAA Club extends our sympathies to the family and relatives of the late Michael John Rowley, Drumlitten who passed away on Saturday last. May he rest in peace.
