Aughawillan Club Notes – 31/08/2017

Senior: Well done to our Senior team who picked up their second win of the championship with a good win over Melvin Gaels last Saturday evening in Pairc Sean. Final Score 2-18 to 2-14. The final group game takes place this Saturday evening in Cloone at 5.15pm against Gortlettragh, where a win would guarantee a place in the quarter finals.

Underage:
U13: Well done to our U13 team who defeated St. Mary’s last Sunday evening. Final Score 3-09 to 0-08. They now take on Ballinamore this Friday evening at 7pm in Aughawillan.
U15: Good luck to our U15 team who play Drumkeeran in the re-fixed shield final next Monday evening at 7pm. Venue to be confirmed.

Clubrooms Cleanup: Thanks to everybody who helped out with the cleanup of the clubrooms last Monday evening, many hands make light work.

Aughawillan GAA Fuel Raffle: Tickets are now on sale for the chance to win an 8ft X 5ft Trailer Load of Seasoned Ash & Beech Firewood. Tickets €5 or five for €20. Draw will be held in Jackies Bar on Sunday 10th September.

Club Lotto: Well done to Peter Prior, Aughoo who won our Lotto Jackpot of €4,500 in our draw held in Reynolds Bar, Ballinamore on Wednesday 23rd August. The winning numbers were 9, 14, 18 & 20. Next draw will be held in Tabhairne An Bhainc on Wednesday 6th September. New Jackpot €1,000.

Annual Lotto: Our annual lotto tickets are now on sale, please return to Jerome or Morgan Quinn as soon as possible.

Corraleehan Parish Walk: Corraleehan Parish Walk continues each Thursday night at 8.30pm from Corraleehan Church. Community spirit, health, fitness, whatever your goals we will be happy to see you, everyone welcome.
