Melvin Gaels GAA Club Notes 21/11/2017
Club AGM – The Club AGM will be held on Sunday, December 3rd at 6pm in the Community Centre, Kinlough. All members are asked to attend. The Chairman, Registrar and PRO are stepping down and these officers of the Club must be replaced.
Sympathy – The Club would like to extend Deepest Sympathy to the Lipsett Family, Parke, Kinlough on the death of Husband, Father and Grandfather PJ. Sympathy is also extended all his other relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.
Scór na nÓg – Leitrim County Final Scór na nOg (Under 17) takes place on Sunday 10th December 2017 at 2.00pm. Venue to be confirmed. Calling all Solo Singers, Instrumental groups, Recitation, Ballad Group, Figure Dancing, Set Dancing or Léiriú Stairiuil (Stage Presentation). 50/50 Draw – Congratulations to Maureen Coughlin, Ardfarna who won €185 in last week’s 50/50 Draw. Get your ticket now for this week’s draw.
National Club Draw – National Club Draw tickets are now on sale. This Draw is an opportunity for our club to raise much-needed funds. Melvin Gaels will retain all the proceeds raised through the sale of our tickets and all national prizes are provided by Ard Chomhairle. There are now 20 amazing prizes on offer, with the top prize of a new car! Football and Hurling packages as well as Ten Shopping Vouchers and a €2,000 Travel Voucher.
We will also have a local draw done in advance of the national draw for any tickets sold by Melvin Gaels.
