Aughnasheelin GAA Club Notes 22/05/2018

Golf Classic –Fundraising golf classic takes place this Saturday 26th May at Ballinamore Golf Club. Tee times available from Peter Flynn Colin Moran or Eamon Bennison 086-3124137, 087-6774137. Team entry is  €120.00 for a team of 4.  Anyone who would like to sponsor can also contact Peter Flynn or any of the GAA Club committee.  Also, anyone who would be willing to help out with catering on the day please contact Lorraine Keegan.  Good luck to all taking part and pg the sun will shine.

Dunnes Bar Div 1  –  Our Senior lads played Melvin Gaels in Kinlough on Sunday – we were badly hit with injuries so it was a struggle to have a Team on the day, this was a close game which unfortunately we lost at the end on a scoreline of 2 10 to 2 08

Comhghairdeas to our Reiteoir Brendan Sammon on celebrating a big Birthday over the weekend, a great time was had by all.

August Bank Holiday weekend event – the club intends to hold a few events over the bank holiday weekend in  August, so just a note to keep the weekend free and if you have any family abroad maybe you could let them know.
