This is an open invitation to everyone who has or had an association with us from 1969 to the present day. More details to follow.
Dunnes Bar All County Leagues – There were mixed fortunes for our Division 1 and Division 2 teams over the last week. Our Seniors suffered a 2 point loss to County Champions Mohill in away fixture on Wednesday 11th July (1-11 to 2-6) and on Saturday last they bounced back to winning ways with a home win over Leitrim Gaels 1-12 to 0-7. They play St Mary’s away this Saturday at 7pm. Our Division 2 side found the going tough against Bornacoola when they visited Boggaun on Sunday morning (1-12 to 3-14). They take on Drumreilly this Wednesday evening at 8pm in Boggaun while on Sunday they travel to take on Kiltubrid at 12 noon. We encourage our supporters to get out in big numbers to support both our teams in the final rounds of league games. Good luck to all involved.

U13 Boys – The boys travelled to play St Joseph’s in Carrigallen for their first championship game on Thursday evening last. Unfortunately, the game had to be abandoned due to a nasty shoulder injury to one of our top players Eoghan McLoughlin. We thank all those who helped Eoghan on the night and especially the referee and officials from the St Joseph’s club. We are glad to report Eoghan is recovering well and we wish him a speedy and full recovery. The team play Annaduff at home this Thursday at 7.30pm in Boggaun. Please support them on the night.

Community Games – Well done to the Manorhamilton Area Community Games Girls team who contested a very exciting Community Games Connacht U14 girls final last Saturday with our girls beating the Mayo Champions Charlestown Carracastle in the semi-final and going toe to toe with Roscommon team St Brigids, Kiltoom in the final. The game was level nearing the end of the final quarter, but the Roscommon girls just managed to get two scores at the very end. Well done to all involved on a great effort. Thanks also to Felim Gurn for his generous sponsorship of food for the girls after the game.
U10 Girls – Training continues for the U10 girls on Wednesday evenings 6-7pm. New members welcome.
U12 girls – Best of luck to our U12 girls team who have qualified for the championship semi-final following the conclusion of the group stages.
