Junior Championship – Best of luck to the Junior team who play Ballinamore SOH in a play off game this Saturday Sept. 1st at 6pm in Fenagh.
Underage – Well done to St Brigid’s U13 team who narrowly defeated Kiltubrid last week. Score: St Brigid’s 2-8 Kiltubrid 2-6. They made it through to the 13 a side semi-final against Gortletteragh on Monday August 27th but were unfortunately defeated by 1 point on the day. Score: St Brigid’s 9 points Gortletteragh 1-7. Well done to all involved on the achievement of getting to the semi-final.
Comhbhrόn – Aughawillan GAA wish to express their deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Lily Burke (nee Plunkett) who recently passed away. Ar dheis Dé a raibh a hanam.
New Arrival – Congratulations to Sinead & Noel McKiernan on the birth of their baby daughter Kate Marie.
