Senior Ladies – What a great occasion it was for our club in Páirc Seán on Saturday evening as our Ladies contested their first ever Senior Football Final. Unfortunately, the result didn’t go their way on the day but we are so proud of their achievements during the season which included winning the Senior League title for the first time. The girls would like to acknowledge the fantastic support they received at home and in Páirc Seán on Saturday evening and the generous sponsorship received from McPartland Fuels/Sligo Fuels, MacManus Pharmacy and Fox Monumentals in the lead up to the final. Massive thanks also to Shane Devaney, James Glancy, Eamonn Devaney and Dessie McNulty for their dedication in coaching and mentored this fantastic group of 45 talented footballers all season. Finally, we congratulate St Joseph’s on a fully deserved victory.

This is an open invitation to everyone who has or had an association with us from 1969 to the present day. More details to follow.

U13 Shield Winners – A stellar performance by our U13s saw them overcome near neighbours Dromahair in the U13 Shield Final played in Glencar Community Park on Friday evening last in front of a large attendance of supporters from both clubs. We congratulate the team on their wonderful achievement and applaud their management team for their commitment to this young crop of players all year which led to this well-deserved title.
