SCÓR NA NÓG CONNACHT FINAL – The Scór na nÓg Connacht finals will take place this Sunday 13th January in the town hall, Claremorris at 3pm. Very best wishes to the following who will be representing St. Mary’s and Leitrim on the day, Rince Foirne: Emma Morgan, Áine Morgan, Nicole Glancy, Grace Duignan, Rhianna Ward, Kaneisha Beirne, Sienna Beirne and Thomas Connorton, Aithriseoireacht: Michael Connorton and Bailéad consisting of Ava Brogan, Roisin Noone, Elsie Harman, Eleanor Smith and Rionach Nic Conmara. Good luck also to all other Leitrim participants on Sunday.
GALA DINNER – Tickets are selling all the time for the club’s Gala Dinner on Saturday 2nd February 2019 in The Landmark Hotel. It will include a 4-course dinner and music by the ever-popular band Late Night Radio.
It will include presentation of medals to our Intermediate ladies and U20 boys teams.
Tickets for the Gala Dinner evening are priced at €35 per person. The club welcomes the opportunity for people to purchase individual tickets or a table of 10.
There will be some wonderful prizes given out on the night.

ENGAGEMENT – Congratulations to our Senior Captain James Glancy and Muireann Kavanagh on their New Years engagement.
BABY BOY – Congratulations to Miream (Cunniffe) and Michael Reynolds on the birth of their baby son Francis recently.
LEITRIM – Well done to the Leitrim Senior team and management on a fantastic display of football against Mayo on Sunday last in the FBD League, while the penalties may not have gone our way, it was a great start to the year for every Leitrim supporter and we look forward to the year ahead.
CARRICK HURLING – The much anticipated All Ireland Junior Hurling Club semi-final between Carrick Hurling and Castleblaney Hurling takes place on Sunday the 20th January in Cusack Park, Mullingar at 2pm. There are lots of dual players from our club so please make sure to get to Mullingar to support them. There is a bus going from the Swan Bar so call in and put your name down.
