Senior League – Our seniors play their last league game this Saturday away to Drumkeerin at 4pm. They sit top of Division 1 on 18 points out of a possible 20 with a place in the league final secured. Please come out and support the team on the day.
Leitrim Hurling Final – It wasn’t to be for our fantastic hurlers on Saturday last as they lost the county final to Carrick Hurling on a scoreline of 2-7 to 0-7. Despite being the underdogs, the lads produced a great team performance in the pursuit of glory with the concession of two goals in either half proving their downfall. The lads left everything on the field and we applaud their never say die attitude. Cluainín Abu.
U15 Boys Championship – Our U15 boys were very unlucky to bow out of the 15aside championship at the semi-final stage when losing to Mohill by a single point on Sunday last in Mohill. Full credit to the players who produced a superb team performance even in defeat. Special mention to Dominic Kelly, Kevin McManus and Stuart Gilbride who have mentored the boys all season. Final Score 1-8 to 2-04.
Intermediate Championship – Congratulations to Fenagh on winning the Leitrim Intermediate Championship last Sunday and commiserations to Annaduff who more than played their part in two absorbing contests.

The platforms and opportunity for people to take part are as follows: 1/ Making costumes and props; There will be open workshops in the Leitrim Sculpture Centre every Tuesday and Wednesday from 11am until 4pm. These workshops will focus on the construction of props and costumes for the parade, using Hazel, Willow and mixed media. 2/ Participation in the Parade; There are a number of roles and characters in the parade to be filled and costumes will be provided. If anyone is interested please contact Patrick McEneaney via email at exitdoestheatre@gmail.com or pop into the Sculpture Centre on Tuesday or Wednesdays and ask how you can contribute.
